Soca Frenzy: Neon Glow pt2 – Fri 14th March

Neon Glow fete also celebrated St Patricks day and was the unofficial TnT return fete. It was yet another road block affair.

Party goers were kitted out in their neon colours and St Patricks outfits, armed with glow sticks, flags and rags. The music was supplied by some of the finest dj’s on the (global) scene, providing us with a range of music old school and new school soca, bashment and more.

There were two crowd stopping live pa’s from Super star Rupee and Soca diva Jadine.

Jadine Montserrat born, known for her sing along flow with a mass of tunes from “Dibble Dabble” to “Whining Zone” had the crowd mesmerised with her whining ability and witty banter.

Rupee, Barbadian born, known for his catchy lyrics with a catalog of tunes from “Tempted to Touch” to “I am a Bajan” had the crowd singing along with his upbeat tempo and his energetic stage presence. Both acts entertained the crowd very well.

They were interactive and diverse, both artistes are natural performers which kept the crowd captivated throughout. The vibe inside Scala was crazy everyone jumping, wukking and getting on bad, bad, bad overall everyone had a good time and it was another successful night a big shout out to all involved keep up the good work.
