United Colours Of Mas (U.C.O.M)
Who Are They?
United Colours Of Mas (UCOM) are one of the UK’s most successful carnival mas bands.
Formerly Bachanal Mas they changed their name to United Colours of Mas last year to better reflect and represent who they are and the direction they are heading in.
Richard Gallimore and Paul O’Donoghue are at the helm of this progressive mas band. They have been in the game with over 15 years of experience in the carnival arena and they have been running their own mas band for 5 years.
UCOM was launched on the 26th November 2011. This is were they first presented their Mas for this years carnival called Tribes Of The World. We were lucky enough to be invited to the launch, have a look at the pictures here.
