Tabanca’s Price Is Going Up

On the 1st August 2016 the cost of attending the Tabanca Weekender will go up.

The event which is the largest soca weekender in the UK outside of funded carnivals is to be held between the 16th – 19th September 2016, at Pontins, Camber Sands.

Bookings for the event has been open since November 2015 giving consumers enough time to plan for the event. Currently, the cost per person starts at £140.

Tabanca management say the price increase is to help manage attendee numbers.

There is a wide range of activities lined up for what is promised to be a fun filled weekend. You can expect to lime on one of the UK’s finest beaches. You can take part in the ‘Tabanca Olympics‘, Socarobics and wear you favourite carnival costume one more time at the Carnival Reload Concert.

Back by popular demand is headline act Lyrikal. He is one of the most toured soca artistes in the world. Joining him on stage will be Saint Lucia’s soca superstar Teddyson John alongside award winning UK soca acts Triniboi Joocie, Ms Desire and the Riddim Up Army.

This is the second year for the event after a successful pilot in 2015. If you haven’t booked yet, I suggest you do so now www.thisistabanca.com/bookings
