Soca Frenzy: Neon Glow Fete Fri 14th March

Soca Frenzy: Neon Glow Fete Fri 14th March

Soca Frenzy, March 2014 was the first fete back since Trinidad carnival and whether you went Trinidad or not, people were definitely there to ease their Carnival Tabanca.

The place started to get busy close to 1am, with the atmosphere building throughout awaiting the live performances.

After a few hours of whining down and getting on bad, the crowd were ready for Jadine’s performance.. and what a performance she gave! Whining down low in some killer heels and her Montserratian flag in hand, Jadine made sure her Island was represented to the fullest. By the end of her performance the crowd were pumped and ready for the main event.. the one and only Rupee.

From the time he got on stage, to the time he left Rupee, with Dj Barrie Hype by his side, came with some hard hitting performances, leaving many ladies “Tempted 2 Touch”. Reeling off hit after hit, he kept the crowd going and was well worth the wait. Definitely the highlight of the night.

Have a look at the pictures from the night.
