The 2 most important times in any event promotion is 2 weeks before the event and immediately after the event.
Before the event, you as a promoter need to be communicating directly with your target audience, encouraging them to part with their funds and contact details in exchange for what your event has to offer.
After the event, you need imagery that captures the greatness and the vibe of your event to be published, liked and shared by as many people as possible. This helps you sell any future events you may have.
Luckily for you we have a great International, European and National following of soca and carnival lovers. Our audience is always eager for more information about events just like yours and we’d be more than happy to place your event right under their noses.
On top of that, we also take great pictures which we edit and post within 24hrs of any event we’re booked for.

- £150 for photography per event
- A gallery of photos will be edited and posted to uksocascene.com within 24hrs of the event
- Select photos from the event will be shared on our social channels within 24hrs of the event
- Watermarked photos will be uploaded to a Dropbox folder and shared with you within 24hrs of the event
(Non-watermarked photos (for digital use) can be obtained for an additional £50. Please enquire if print ready photos are required.)
- x1 promotional post per week of your event to our social channels for x2 week before the event. Additional advertising can be purchased from our advertising page
50% deposit is required upon booking this service. The remaining 50% is due no later than 4hrs before the start of the event.
